We will drive to Jabiru Friday 4pm and overnight in share-room cabins at Anbinik. Dinner at Kakadu Lodge. Early start Saturday morning to avoid the heat as much as possible. Friday’s walk is long and technical, have to float pack, scale up a steep rock face and there is some rock scrambling. Sunday 11th October 7am | StringyBark Walk to Lee Point beach
and back via the beach to Casuarina Surf Life Saving Club (9316 Darribah Road) approximately 1 hour each way-6km. The stringy bark walk is on a dirt track under a canopy of trees. The beach walk will be on sand and in full sun. There is water at either end.
Possible brunch at De La Plage (family and dog friendly)
BYO chair (if staying for Brunch-sometimes De La Plage runs out), water, and mosquito repellent.
