Club activities planned for 2022
A passion for the outdoors, natural environment and adventure around the top end and beyond inspires the Darwin Bushwalking Club and provides a common bond. The attractions of walking in the Top End include natural beauty, diverse landscapes and habitats, and pure unpolluted water to drink.
Making new friends and promoting skills such as navigation, first aid and leadership is our focus. We seek to leave no trace of our passage through the bush. Trip leaders are essential to the Club – the Club will support and assist any member wishing to try their hand.
The dry season will arrive again soon so some planning now and you could again be camping under the stars. The following walk schedule has been put together with the input of many of our leaders. So keep an eye on the website.
There is still plenty of opportunity for the 2020 Walk Schedule to be improved with further input-so let us know of your suggestions and input. Email president@darwinbushwalkingclub.org.au.
